All orders must be received 3 business days before scheduled drop off with confirmation from Saucy. Orders received after 2pm will be considered the next business day. We suggest placing your orders earlier particularly during busy and holiday seasons.
We will arrive to setup your order and provide all necessary disposable serving ware such as forks, knives, napkins, chaffing dishes and serving platters.

Terms & Conditions
- Disposable forks, plates and napkins included. Additional cutlery available at $3 per set per person.
- Drop off service includes setup with platters, bowls and disposable aluminum chaffers where applicable.
- Delivery minimums pre tax: $1000 Brooklyn / $1250 Manhattan below 59th Street / $1500 Queens, Staten Island and Manhattan (above 59th Street)
Service Charge & Sales Tax
- A standard 15% service charge is added to the food and beverage portions of the final proposal.
- NYC Sales Tax of 8.875% will be applied to final balance of invoice.
50% deposit due at booking with final balance due on the day of the event if under $5,000 or 1 week before event if over $5,000. If under $1000 full deposit due at time of booking.
- Visa/Master/Discover/American Express with a 2.75% charge OR Chase Quickpay at no charge
- Direct deposit to bank account listed on invoice with $15 charge
- We do NOT accept checks
- We can provide servers and bartenders for an additional charge of $50/hour per staff member.
- Minimum of 5 hours
