Saucy by Nature is founded by a duo of travel-obsessed foodies, Monika and Przemek (that's us in the picture). Having eaten our way through a big chunk of the world, we were inspired by the uniqueness of regional cuisines, the people we shared meals with and the freshness of local ingredients. We wanted to share our food adventures with people back home and got to thinking about recipes. And knew right away that sandwiches were the key. And who doesn't love a sandwich?!
Since sandwiches hold a special place in our hearts, we needed toppings that were going to make lunch a meal to look forward to. Browsing store aisles we only found lackluster condiments full of chemicals and unpronounceable ingredients. We weren't having it! So we got to cooking and recipe testing. There was a lot of eating and we finally we came up a handful of spreads + toppings that were addiction forming.
Now it was time to spread the sandwich gospel.
And spread the word we did. From our open faced quinoa falafel sandwich to our lunch box filled with artisanal goodies, we are here to convert you. Each topping + spread is made from ingredients grown by farmers we actually know. This is intense flavor we're working with here.
Our sandwich philosophy is amazing ingredients, addictive flavors and doing some good in our small corner of the universe. All this crafted by us and packed by hand into each and every jar.
