Saucy by Nature is founded by a duo of travel-obsessed foodies, Monika and Przemek. Having eaten their way through a big chunk of the world, they were inspired by the uniqueness of regional cuisines, the people they shared meals with and the freshness of local ingredients. They wanted to share our food adventures with people back home in Brooklyn.
Przemek, a chef with training in the culinary capitals of Europe, and Monika, a lawyer and holistic foodie, began crafting a company that brought their food to outdoor markets, individuals homes, private events and even local retailers. They drew on their collective knowledge of the best seasonal ingredients, freshest farm vegetables, fruits and meats and the tastiest local artisanal products to create menus and products that reflected their Back to Basics Principles.
