Since 1917, the Hoeffner family farm has been dedicated to growing flavorful, nutritious vegetables – including the pumpkins we use to make our Spicy Pumpkin Ginger sauce. We are inspired by his teamwork and collaboration with other local farmers to provide incredible pure foods to city folks’ dinner tables, and proud to be a link in this farm-to-table chain.
As the second largest apple producing state in the country, New York is a well known for its high quality apples. Working the land that has been in the family since 1855, the Wilklows take great pride in growing apples and their business while maintaining the integrity that only a family farm can provide.
We use their crisp Empire apples in our Tomato Apple Chutney as well as their cider for our Cider Braised Onion. That decadent sweetness you taste? That’s pure family-grown flavor.
Tim Haines’ magnificent berry fields and bogs create superb growing conditions for cranberries that burst with flavor. Since 1954, his family has been committed to stewarding their land with sustainable practices. As Tim says, “We strive to always provide our customers with high quality fruit from a family farm they can trust.” We are thrilled to support the Haines family farm by featuring their perfectly tart cranberries in our Cranberry Pear Sauce. You’ll taste the love with every pucker.
