Each of our artisanal sauces has a main ingredient in common – each is made with vegetables and herbs that have been tended to by local farmers whose hearts have been in it for generations. Their dedication to their craft helps us be masters at ours!

 

Hoeffner Farms, Montgomery, NY

Since 1917, the Hoeffner family farm has been dedicated to growing flavorful, nutritious vegetables – including the pumpkins we use to make our Spicy Pumpkin Ginger sauce. We are inspired by his teamwork and collaboration with other local farmers to provide incredible pure foods to city folks’ dinner tables, and proud to be a link in this farm-to-table chain.
